At The Collaborative Staffing, we offer two types of nanny services tailored to meet your family’s needs: long-term nanny placements and short-term childcare staffing. Each option is structured to ensure clarity, legal compliance, and peace of mind.

 

PLACEMENT FEES FOR NANNY SEARCHES :  

We require a $500 non-refundable search fee to begin the placement process and a $1500 nonrefundable fee for Travel Nannies. This fee initiates our detailed search and selection process, during which we conduct in-depth assessments to understand your family's needs and preferences. The search fee covers the initial consultation, where we outline your requirements and set the criteria for our candidate search. If the nanny placement doesn’t work out during the first 12 weeks, we’ll find your family a new nanny as soon as possible. We will only replace your nanny at no cost one time and under the conditions of our guidelines.

 

FULL- TIME PLACEMENT Consistent Placement: ( 30 HOURS OR MORE A WEEK )

Our full-time nanny placement service is designed for families seeking a long-term, consistent caregiver. We take pride in matching each family with experienced, thoroughly vetted candidates who align with your parenting style, household values, and schedule needs.

To begin the process, a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $500 is required. From there, our team will present up to 10 carefully selected nanny candidates for your consideration. If none of those candidates are the right fit, you have the option to receive up to 10 additional candidates with the payment of a second search fee.

Once you’ve selected a nanny and the offer is accepted, a placement fee equal to 100% of the nanny’s first month’s salary will be due. This fee reflects the time, care, and resources we invest in sourcing high-quality professionals and facilitating a smooth match.

After placement, your family becomes the nanny’s direct employer. We educate and guide our clients on how to legally employ their nanny — including setting them up as a W-2 household employee in compliance with IRS regulations.

We stand by our placements. That’s why we offer a three-month guarantee: If the match doesn’t work out within the first 12 weeks, we’ll present you with up to three new candidates at no additional charge. You can select one of these replacement candidates with full support from our team.

Our goal is to make finding your perfect nanny stress-free, legally compliant, and successful from day one.

 

PART- TIME PLACEMENT: ( 29 HOURS OR LESS )

Our part-time nanny service is designed for families who need consistent, reliable care on a part-time basis — whether it's mornings, after school, or a few days a week. To begin the process, a nonrefundable search fee of $500 is required.

Once a candidate is selected and confirmed, a placement fee equal to 18% of the nanny’s gross annual salary is due. After placement, your family becomes the nanny’s direct employer. We educate and guide our clients on how to legally employ their nanny — including setting them up as a W-2 household employee in compliance with IRS regulations.

We also offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the fit isn’t right within the first 30 days, we’ll present up to three new candidates at no additional cost.

We make part-time care seamless, professional, and fully managed so you can focus on your family.

 

TEMPORARY PLACEMENT: ( LESS THAN 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT) 

Upon successfully beginning a search, a registration fee of $500 will be collected. Once a candidate is selected a placement fee of $1500 is due at hiring and a 30-day replacement applies. The temporary placements are employees of The Collaborative Staffing. You pay us, and we will process payroll. They will be W-2 employees in compliance with IRS regulations.

PLACEMENT FOR TRAVEL NANNY:

For our specialized Travel Nanny Services, we charge a $500 non-refundable registration fee. Once a candidate is selected, a placement fee of $1500 is due at hiring. This fee ensures that we can provide you with the highest quality, professionally vetted nannies tailored to meet your family's unique travel needs.
