The Collaborative Staffing  requires a minimum of four hours for event bookings and at least two weeks of notice in order to provide our best quality service. We do have a cancellation policy that we will go over.

All temporary nannies placed through The Collaborative Staffing are W-2 employees of our agency. This means we handle all payroll and taxes so you don’t have to. You simply pay an hourly rate, and we handle the rest — matching your family with a trusted, professional caregiver who fits the occasion. We bill you, you pay us then we pay the nanny. Simple!
