Fee Structure

At The Collaborative Staffing , we are dedicated to providing exceptional nanny, babysitting, travel, special event and household staff placement services tailored to meet your family's unique needs. Our comprehensive approach ensures we connect you with highly qualified candidates who align with your requirements and values. Here's an overview of our fee structure and what you can expect when you choose to work with us:

Our candidates hold CPR and First Aid certifications and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of professional paid experience relevant to the role. We take pride in supporting Elite, busy families by providing nannies, babysitters, house hold staff and more

Initial Consultation and Retainer Fee

We require a $375 non-refundable retainer fee to begin the placement process. This fee initiates our detailed search and selection process, during which we conduct in-depth assessments to understand your family's needs and preferences. The retainer fee covers the initial consultation, where we outline your requirements and set the criteria for our candidate search.

Placement Fee

Upon successfully hiring a candidate we've referred to you, a placement fee equal to 15% of the candidate's gross annual salary for full time and 18% for part time is due. This fee is a testament to the quality of our service and the value we provide in connecting you with the ideal candidate who meets your family's needs and exceeds your expectations. If the nanny placement doesn’t work out during the first 12 weeks we’ll find your family a new nanny as soon as possible.

Placement for Travel Nanny

For our specialized Travel Nanny Services, we charge a $500 non-refundable placement and search fee. This fee ensures that we can provide you with the highest quality, professionally vetted nannies tailored to meet your family's unique travel needs. Included Support

Understanding the importance of ongoing support, we can provide 60 minutes of phone, text, or email support during and after your search. This ensures that any questions or concerns you have are promptly addressed, providing a seamless and supportive experience throughout the placement process.

Additional Consulting Services

Should you require further assistance beyond the initial 60 minutes of support, we offer additional consulting services at a rate of $65.00 per hour. Whether you need more in-depth guidance during your search or post-placement support, our team is here to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to your situation.
